The aim of mindfulness yoga is to increase awareness – physical and mental. Greater concentration improves performance and enhances enjoyment. Also, it increases strength, flexibility and balance and serves to reduce injury.


Short yoga sessions are integrated into the holiday rather than this being a yoga themed retreat. The idea is to encourage a more balanced, enjoyable experience. It is open to yogis or newcomers alike.
